Pyroban has further strengthened its product portfolio and geographic coverage with the acquisition of Adex Zonex, a Singaporean company specialising in the conversion of flame-proof electric and diesel materials handling equipment. Boasting a strong brand presence in the region, it supplies oil and gas, petrochemical and manufacturing customers in Singapore, Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand and Malaysia. “This acquisition demonstrates Pyroban’s deep commitment to the Asia-Pacific market and our regional support for customers,” says Pyroban CEO Ian Ratcliff. “The Asia-Pacific market is growing and we expect to promote and grow all activities and services offered by the Pyroban Group in the area.”

Meanwhile, UK-based Broadland Radiators and Heat Exchangers has also now joined the Pyroban Group as a wholly owned subsidiary. Established in 1987, Broadland designs, manufactures and repairs radiators and heat exchangers for diesel engine applications, predominantly in the petrochemical industry. “We welcome Broadland Radiators as part of a strategic move to strengthen the group’s product offering across oil and gas, marine, mining and industrial sectors, bringing valuable new technologies into our product portfolio,” comments business development director Mark Towell.
