China plans rule revision

China’s Ministry of Transport is seeking comments on proposals for an updated version of the Regulation on Road Transport of Hazardous Goods, to replace the 2005 version. The new Regulation has been formulated in accordance with other regulations covering road transport and the control of hazardous chemicals, along with the hazardous goods inventory.
