ExxonMobil has sold off two refined petroleum terminals in Maine, together with the pipeline that links the two sites.

Irving Oil Terminals has agreed to acquire two petroleum terminals in Maine from ExxonMobil. The deal, which includes a 200-km pipeline linking the facilities in South Portland and Bangor, is due to be finalised this month, subject to regulatory approval.
