Hovensa to shut oil refinery in US Virgin Islands

Hovensa LLC is to shut down its huge oil refinery at St Croix in the US Virgin Islands, after several years of unsustainable losses.

Oiltanking's dry bulk JV wins coke job

The recently established joint venture Oiltanking-Dupré LLC has been awarded a long-term contract for the operations and maintenance of Hovensa’s petroleum coke handling system and marine loading dock on the Caribbean island of St Croix in the US Virgin Islands.
